Lesser amount of sleep leads to more caloric intake. Studies that were conducted concluded that if you have had sleepless nights and ended up sleeping for less than 6 hours, you will likely eat equivalent to 300 more than the usual. This is secondary to the increase of hunger-hormone which is released every time you lack sleep.
To keep things consistent, make sure to exercise regularly. Having a treadmill allows you to do your exercise routine or interval training despite of any weather condition. Exercise at least 30 minutes, thrice a week. If you don’t have a treadmill at home yet, make sure to have one.
